We are pleased to announce that GIM Robotics and Asta Zero AB (AB) part of RISE, Sweden have entered into a collaboration service agreement to advance research in the agriculture and farming areas. The project Agrifood TEF, is co-founded by the European Union Digital Europe Programme and aims to link start ups, SMEs and OEMs in the agriculture and farming business with focus on research and assessment of potential new emerging technologies in AI and robotics.
To foster sustainable and efficient food production Agrifood TEF empowers innovators with validation tools needed to bridge the gap between their brightest ideas and successful market products. Built as a network of physical and digital facilities across Europe, the project provides services that help assess
and validate third party AI and Robotics solutions in real-world conditions aiming to maximize impact from digitalization of the agricultural sector.
Asta Zero via the Agrifood TEF project will evaluate the agricultural potential of GIM Robotics’s autonomous navigation and perception technologies.
